		<description><![CDATA[I can certainly understand why people are staying in positions they are not satisfied with.  Having our current administration employers are fearful of adding new positions.  They don&#039;t know what the ObamaCare would cost them.  They don&#039;t know what their businesses will be taxed so why take a chance on hiring additional employees?  Hopefully the next election will add better optimism to employment choices.]]></description>
